Wire EDM and Sinker EDM
EDM is used everywhere where milling does not work. With pleasure we also connect these technologies to achieve the best result. Extremely hard materials can be worked on and with the biggest precision and surface goodness. Examples for this are molybdenum, tantalum, wolfram up to iridium.
Wire EDMOur Wire EDM have a high repeatability. It is possible to cut work pieces with 150mm height with high precision and complex contours with maximum precision. Tolerance from up to +/-0,005 mm is possible. We cut any material that can be worked on by erosion. Also conical work pieces are possible on inquiry.
